Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pius Kala got the match started through his kick off. Graf Bernhard zur Lippe's Gianni Weischede got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Klaus Jung made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Gianni Weischede sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Knüverdarp's Primus Stiller got a free kick in the 10th minute. Lauro Mahler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Cosmo Riemann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Knüverdarp's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosmo Riemann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guido Spörer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gianni Weischede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gianni Weischede who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Klaus Jung when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Primus Stiller charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primus Stiller the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd minute, Primus Stiller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lauro Mahler took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guido Spörer. Guido Spörer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Lauro Mahler struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Guido Spörer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Knüverdarp.

In the 52nd minute, Cosmo Riemann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guido Spörer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Guido Spörer made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Cosmo Riemann sent off a good shot on target. Guido Spörer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosmo Riemann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Pius Kala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pius Kala might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Klaus Jung. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pius Kala ran back to his position shaking his head. Graf Bernhard zur Lippe's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cosmo Riemann 73 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Klaus Jung showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gianni Weischede in the 78th minute of the match. Gianni Weischede received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Klaus Jung tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gianni Weischede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Knüverdarp's Klaus Jung played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pius Kala in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Knüverdarp's goalkeeper Klaus Jung, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 92 minutes into the match, Knüverdarp's goal looked a bit too open when Gianni Weischede came free, but Klaus Jung reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gianni Weischede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guido Spörer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosmo Riemann in the 97th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Graf Bernhard zur Lippe lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
