Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Josip Braner made the kick off which started today's match. Josip Braner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Gerke Hennig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ponlehen FSV's goalkeeper Gerke Hennig, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 6th match minute, Irmenach FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Burghausen to maneuver through the defense. Jaap von Gyldenfeldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Johannes Moos hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Irmenach FSV's Rudolf Reisinger got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute Rudolf Reisinger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerke Hennig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaap von Gyldenfeldt in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricky Kuckhoff prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 27 minutes, Heino Svoboda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Irmenach FSV and the Ponlehen FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 28 played minutes Irmenach FSV got a freekick which was hit by Heino Svoboda. Ricky Kuckhoff didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 29th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Arnim Kircher charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnim Kircher the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Josip Braner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ponlehen FSV's Gerke Hennig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rudolf Reisinger struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Gerke Hennig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Irmenach FSV. Josip Braner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerke Hennig having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Irmenach FSV's zone, Jaap von Gyldenfeldt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricky Kuckhoff came out of the goal and Jaap von Gyldenfeldt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaap von Gyldenfeldt made a kick off. After 54 played minutes Ponlehen FSV got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Moos. Ricky Kuckhoff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaap von Gyldenfeldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaap von Gyldenfeldt in the 67th minute of play forced Irmenach FSV's goalkeeper Ricky Kuckhoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerke Hennig made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Rudolf Reisinger sent off a good shot on target. Gerke Hennig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josip Braner, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute.
