Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Zenobio Born started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Morten Schmithuysen was a little too slow when Zenobio Born got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zenobio Born in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Morten Schmithuysen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Zenobio Born had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thomas Eumann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute, Padberg FSV's Zenobio Born ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Morten Schmithuysen. Morten Schmithuysen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Morten Schmithuysen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zenobio Born in the 22nd minute of the match. Morten Schmithuysen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hubert Burgschmidt in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Eumann in the 29th minute of play forced Padberg FSV's goalkeeper Oliver Bolle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute of the match Matthias Ivanov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oliver Bolle showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Zenobio Born dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Morten Schmithuysen, 3-0. When Hubert Burgschmidt came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Padberg FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hubert Burgschmidt couldn't finish the play. After having played for 36 minutes, Zenobio Born managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Padberg FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zenobio Born was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabien Franke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Bolle having to interfere.

The wind increased when Thomas Eumann made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Padberg FSV's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Erwin Kretschmann was slow to take the kick. During this time Jiggel's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Jiggel's corner Erwin Kretschmann fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Oliver Bolle quite easily take care of the ball. Morten Schmithuysen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zenobio Born, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Hubert Burgschmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hubert Burgschmidt came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Padberg FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hubert Burgschmidt couldn't finish the play. Morten Schmithuysen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zenobio Born, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Padberg FSV's zone, Thomas Eumann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oliver Bolle came out of the goal and Thomas Eumann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the game, Fabien Franke cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Oliver Bolle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hubert Burgschmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morten Schmithuysen having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas Eumann in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oliver Bolle saved Padberg FSV from getting behind. When Fabien Franke came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Jiggel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabien Franke couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Padberg FSV fans cheered their team off the field, for while Jiggel had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
