After 3 played minutes SV Wehen Wiesbaden got a freekick which was hit by Zvonimir Fritz. Orson Ufer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jo Jahn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the game, Robert Heimeier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stivologne FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV Wehen Wiesbaden the free kick. In the 9th minute, Robert Heimeier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12thth minute of the game Jo Jahn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stivologne FC's Orson Ufer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 14th minute, Ersan Weidlandt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orson Ufer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Stivologne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ersan Weidlandt came free, but Orson Ufer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abbo Söldner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orson Ufer having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, SV Wehen Wiesbaden's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Kratz came free, but Ursus Pfeffer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Stivologne FC defense, Ersan Weidlandt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orson Ufer. The Stivologne FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orson Ufer should have stopped the shot. Zvonimir Fritz kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Allan Scherrer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Ursus Pfeffer made a huge save. Ursus Pfeffer acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 47th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dieter Schattschneider. Orson Ufer came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by SV Wehen Wiesbaden's Jo Jahn. But to his dismay, Jo Jahn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The Stivologne FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SV Wehen Wiesbaden were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jo Jahn was the one to do the kick off. Jo Jahn charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jo Jahn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jo Jahn kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Ersan Weidlandt succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 56th playminute. Ersan Weidlandt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Orson Ufer made a huge save. If Allan Scherrer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Robert Heimeier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ersan Weidlandt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orson Ufer having to interfere. Ersan Weidlandt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Orson Ufer made a huge save. With his leg Orson Ufer managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when SV Wehen Wiesbaden's Zvonimir Fritz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. SV Wehen Wiesbaden's Ersan Weidlandt got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Orson Ufer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jo Jahn in the 91st minute of play. Orson Ufer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jo Jahn, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute.
