In the 39th minute, Henriko Resch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hasso Glieder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederic Silen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Kosmas Woyke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th match minute, FC.EV.Bären was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Max Mademann to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Kosmas Woyke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hasso Glieder was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When Uwe Kues came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the FC.EV.Bären fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uwe Kues couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Oberwipper FC's Matti Mackensen got a free kick in the 88th minute. After recieving a nice pass, FC.EV.Bären's Levi Dittrich tried to score from far away in the 89th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of FC.EV.Bären booed when Oberwipper FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens Jagnow didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Henriko Resch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Oberwipper FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
