Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hartwig Funke started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Erland Faigle notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of OsTeuSCornoS's Morgan Stiegler. Morgan Stiegler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 8 minutes into the game, one of OsTeuSCornoS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Egelseeqw a penalty, 9 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hartwig Funke, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of OsTeuSCornoS's Morgan Stiegler. 0-2. After having played for 13 minutes, Hartwig Funke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Egelseeqw's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hartwig Funke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Egelseeqw getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Friedemann Razavi hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Egelseeqw's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Patrick Oelke fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 18th minute, Heiko Bäßler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evert Küster charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evert Küster the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 19 played minutes Egelseeqw got a freekick which was hit by Evert Küster. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brad Wegmann got free with Addi Oldenburg in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Morgan Stiegler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heiko Bäßler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brad Wegmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Addi Oldenburg made a huge save. In the 30th minute, OsTeuSCornoS's Werner Storjohann dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. If Evert Küster had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heiko Bäßler might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Morgan Stiegler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Heiko Bäßler ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, OsTeuSCornoS's Werner Storjohann got a free kick in the 38th minute. Morgan Stiegler came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Egelseeqw's Erland Faigle. But to his dismay, Erland Faigle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Addi Oldenburg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brad Wegmann in the 43rd minute. A collision led to OsTeuSCornoS getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. André Thelen hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Hartwig Funke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Egelseeqw's supporters rose to their feet, but Hartwig Funke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Morgan Stiegler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Addi Oldenburg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Werner Storjohann in the 48th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

53 minutes into the match, Egelseeqw's goal looked a bit too open when Brad Wegmann came free, but Addi Oldenburg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erland Faigle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morgan Stiegler having to interfere. Brad Wegmann scored 2-3 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Addi Oldenburg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Evert Küster managed to get in a good position for a shot. Egelseeqw's supporters rose to their feet, but Evert Küster was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Morgan Stiegler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Addi Oldenburg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Oelke in the 64th minute of play. Addi Oldenburg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Werner Storjohann in the 66th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Egelseeqw's Evert Küster dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. Erland Faigle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Werner Storjohann was shown his second yellow card after 82 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Egelseeqw booed when OsTeuSCornoS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Werner Storjohann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brad Wegmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Wolfgang Hundt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hartwig Funke struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Morgan Stiegler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Egelseeqw. Egelseeqw's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
