The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hocheck FC's Donny Schui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Oelke in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the game, Patrick Oelke was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OsTeuSCornoS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hocheck FC the free kick. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Ludger Scherpp put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Morgan Stiegler. Morgan Stiegler was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Lars Mank capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lars Mank really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. If Brad Wegmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donny Schui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brad Wegmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind OsTeuSCornoS's goalkeeper Morgan Stiegler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Brad Wegmann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Donny Schui was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. If Brad Wegmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Delron Weidenhammer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Brad Wegmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donny Schui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute Lars Mank shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morgan Stiegler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 minutes, Holger Kuczinski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OsTeuSCornoS and the Hocheck FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 played minutes OsTeuSCornoS got a freekick which was hit by Holger Kuczinski. 41 minutes into the match, OsTeuSCornoS's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Mank came free, but Morgan Stiegler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Morgan Stiegler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Mank in the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Mel Olbrich was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OsTeuSCornoS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hocheck FC the free kick. In the 45th match minute, OsTeuSCornoS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mel Olbrich to maneuver through the defense. Morgan Stiegler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Mank in the 49th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lars Mank made a kick off. Mel Olbrich kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Ludger Scherpp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Morgan Stiegler having to make a save. Lars Mank succeeded in the game's 60th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ludger Scherpp in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Morgan Stiegler saved OsTeuSCornoS from getting behind. After a rather tough play, OsTeuSCornoS's Mel Olbrich got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Morgan Stiegler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludger Scherpp in the 66th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Lars Mank made a precise shot to the right of Morgan Stiegler. OsTeuSCornoS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. If Ludger Scherpp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 79 minutes, Patrick Oelke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. OsTeuSCornoS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrick Oelke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Brad Wegmann got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 90 minutes into the game, Brad Wegmann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Donny Schui was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Patrick Oelke received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Donny Schui came out and tried to block the shot, but Patrick Oelke slotted it home off the left post making it 4-2 in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the OsTeuSCornoS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hocheck FC.
