In the 11th minute Joachim Velandia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christen Ruppmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Küsd's Dominik Kaczmarek got a free kick in the 12th minute. After 20 played minutes Küsd got a freekick which was hit by Hemmo Bothner. In the 22nd play minute Attila Zsinka came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Christen Ruppmann. 3-0. After 28 minutes, Arnd Nitsch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Großbraunshain FC and the Küsd players grew even worse after the yellow card. 29 minutes into the match, Küsd's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Raiola came free, but Christen Ruppmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Olayo took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christen Ruppmann. The crowd rose to their feet as Großbraunshain FC's Attila Zsinka slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Christen Ruppmann. That made the score 5-0 after 35 minutes of play. With an all-out effort, Großbraunshain FC's Christen Ruppmann threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Attila Zsinka, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Olayo got free with Christen Ruppmann in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th match minute, Küsd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens Dugnus to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Hemmo Bothner made the kick off in the second half. Arthur Bouillaud took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristide Apostel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
