Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5875, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Erwin Oppitz started the match with the kick off. Hansel Golz made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Erwin Oppitz sent off a good shot on target. Linus Mattern scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Philipp Däumichen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Petrolul getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Jonny Altmeier hit a great ball. Linus Mattern recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erwin Oppitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Hansel Golz made a huge save. The supporters of RB Hallstadt booed when Petrolul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenz Laux didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pitt Stauffer was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 24th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 27th match minute, RB Hallstadt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zwi Burgmann to maneuver through the defense. Erwin Oppitz struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Hansel Golz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RB Hallstadt. In the 37th match minute, RB Hallstadt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wim Uhl to maneuver through the defense. Béla Deck struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Philipp Däumichen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Petrolul. The RB Hallstadt players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Petrolul were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Béla Deck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Linus Mattern shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philipp Däumichen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Wim Uhl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jo Körper fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philipp Däumichen having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Petrolul's Philipp Däumichen threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Béla Deck, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 62 minutes, Wim Uhl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RB Hallstadt and the Petrolul players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to RB Hallstadt getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Wim Uhl hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Pitt Stauffer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jo Körper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the game, Hank Perrey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RB Hallstadt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Petrolul the free kick. After 69 played minutes RB Hallstadt got a freekick which was hit by Hank Perrey. In the 75th minute, Erwin Oppitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hansel Golz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erwin Oppitz's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Béla Deck might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Philipp Däumichen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Béla Deck ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to RB Hallstadt getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Carl Kunkel hit a great ball. Christoph Rampe charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christoph Rampe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Petrolul's Christoph Rampe got a free kick in the 87th minute. Linus Mattern recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Petrolul's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
