Bolko Kalleder took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Philipp Däumichen. Philipp Däumichen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 20 minutes into the game, Lutger Troche was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RB Hallstadt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave sad the free kick. In the 20th minute, Lutger Troche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hank Perrey hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th match minute, sad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egmund Ziganner to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, RB Hallstadt's Philipp Däumichen got control of the ball when Bolko Kalleder tried to sneak it across the goal line. Philipp Däumichen came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by sad's Bolko Kalleder. But to his dismay, Bolko Kalleder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 34th minute Jakob Altliebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermann Wilhelmsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bolko Kalleder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Philipp Däumichen made a huge save. RB Hallstadt were furious when Heiner Topka was red carded, 39 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erwin Oppitz was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Erwin Oppitz made a precise shot to the right of Hermann Wilhelmsen. sad's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mario Gliesche during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Siegfried Rieger managed to get in a good position for a shot. RB Hallstadt's supporters rose to their feet, but Siegfried Rieger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermann Wilhelmsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, sad's Hermann Wilhelmsen got control of the ball when Erwin Oppitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Siegfried Rieger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76th minute, RB Hallstadt's Erwin Oppitz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hermann Wilhelmsen. Hermann Wilhelmsen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-2. Philipp Däumichen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bolko Kalleder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in RB Hallstadt's zone, Stan Berger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philipp Däumichen came out of the goal and Stan Berger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. sad's Hermann Wilhelmsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save sad from getting a goal against them. Bolko Kalleder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philipp Däumichen having to interfere.
