Hermann Wilhelmsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arno Melzer in the 19th minute of the match. Lutz Kerschbaumer in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bruno Gapp, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arno Melzer made a kick off. Bruno Gapp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bolko Kalleder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lutz Kerschbaumer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SV Blumen Osterfeld's Björn Gondro quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lutz Kerschbaumer, made in the 60th minute of the game. 61 minutes into the game, Bolko Kalleder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. sad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV Blumen Osterfeld the free kick. After 61 played minutes sad got a freekick which was hit by Bolko Kalleder. SV Blumen Osterfeld's Ralph Grübel got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stan Berger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in SV Blumen Osterfeld's zone, Stan Berger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Gapp came out of the goal and Stan Berger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Niko Lüttges hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 92nd match minute, SV Blumen Osterfeld was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arno Melzer to maneuver through the defense.
