After 12 minutes of play, SV Blumen Osterfeld's Saul Huff made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Philipp Däumichen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arno Melzer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philipp Däumichen having to interfere. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind RB Hallstadt's goalkeeper Philipp Däumichen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Saul Huff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philipp Däumichen having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Arno Melzer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Philipp Däumichen was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 33rd minute, Lutger Troche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Arno Melzer put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Philipp Däumichen. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-6 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erwin Oppitz to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Hank Perrey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RB Hallstadt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV Blumen Osterfeld the free kick. The supporters of SV Blumen Osterfeld booed when RB Hallstadt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hank Perrey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Philipp Däumichen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arno Melzer in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the match, SV Blumen Osterfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Erwin Oppitz came free, but Bruno Gapp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ralph Grübel came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the SV Blumen Osterfeld fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralph Grübel couldn't finish the play. Philipp Däumichen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arno Melzer, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Arno Melzer struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Philipp Däumichen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV Blumen Osterfeld. In the 64th minute, Lutger Troche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arno Melzer in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Philipp Däumichen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SV Blumen Osterfeld's Arno Melzer was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 70th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Arno Melzer succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-8 in the 74th playminute. Philipp Däumichen made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Arno Melzer sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute Philip Michael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Gapp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Ralph Grübel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-9. Philipp Däumichen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Philipp Däumichen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arno Melzer in the 85th minute of the match. David Bleib made in the 89th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Lutger Troche however managed to control. Arno Melzer in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Philipp Däumichen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arno Melzer in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Philipp Däumichen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 97 minutes into the match, SV Blumen Osterfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Erwin Oppitz came free, but Bruno Gapp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
