Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Boris Trumpf started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Dresden FC's Boris Trumpf managed to work through FC Nenndorf's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Boris Trumpf dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 6th minute, Herwig Kickermann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, FC Nenndorf's goal looked a bit too open when Boris Trumpf came free, but Franz Jungbauer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th match minute, FC Nenndorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uno Arielsen to maneuver through the defense. Paavo Bracher's late challenge caught a Dresden FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paavo Bracher helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, Paavo Bracher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, FC Nenndorf's Franz Jungbauer got control of the ball when Edmond Kästel tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute of the match, Boris Trumpf tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Franz Jungbauer saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmond Kästel got free with Franz Jungbauer in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Nenndorf's goalkeeper Franz Jungbauer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of FC Nenndorf:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dresden FC:s goal. Dietmar Warnst shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Franz Jungbauer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boris Trumpf in the 36th minute of the match. Florian Christe hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Uno Arielsen made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, FC Nenndorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Kammergruber to maneuver through the defense. Noah Rivoir made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Esra Keßler sent off a good shot on target. Boris Trumpf blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franz Jungbauer having to make a save. Edmond Kästel scored 2-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franz Jungbauer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Franz Jungbauer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boris Trumpf, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. If Edmond Kästel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Boris Trumpf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franz Jungbauer having to interfere. After having played for 79 minutes, Edmond Kästel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dresden FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmond Kästel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edmond Kästel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Franz Jungbauer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Noah Rivoir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uno Arielsen in the 91st minute of play. Uno Arielsen had several of the Dresden FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 97 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Noah Rivoir as he didn't even see the shot coming. FC Nenndorf's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
