Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Timo Wohl started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Franz Jungbauer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timo Wohl, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Timo Wohl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Franz Jungbauer. FC Nenndorf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timo Wohl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to FC Nenndorf getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Uno Arielsen hit a great ball. In the 25th minute Gero Lehn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franz Jungbauer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franz Jungbauer came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Suhl's Timo Wohl. But to his dismay, Timo Wohl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Timo Wohl in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franz Jungbauer saved FC Nenndorf from getting behind. In the 33rd minute, Paul Dammann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Nenndorf's Franz Jungbauer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timo Wohl in the 37th minute of play. Paavo Bracher could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Eugen Zachariassen made a huge save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Gero Lehn did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Franz Jungbauer 54 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes FC Nenndorf got a freekick which was hit by Thaddäus Dettmann. Eugen Zachariassen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esra Keßler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Nenndorf's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lothar Cestonaro in the 65th minute. When Paul Dammann was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 68 minutes had been played. In the 68th minute, Paul Dammann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute of the match Lothar Cestonaro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eugen Zachariassen skillfully saved the ball. Gero Lehn blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franz Jungbauer having to make a save.
