Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jon Balter started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Egon Ulrich in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hermann Schmaltz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 7th minute, Adalbert Mantel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Hachmann hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Egon Ulrich hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Wilhelm Schüßler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon Balter in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Högl's goalkeeper Wilhelm Schüßler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bozo Anbacher. Wilhelm Schüßler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jon Balter in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Egon Ulrich cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hermann Schmaltz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Högl's Wilhelm Schüßler got control of the ball when Bozo Anbacher tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bozo Anbacher got free with Wilhelm Schüßler in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Högl's Robert Ollert got a free kick in the 37th minute. When Högl's Egon Ulrich in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Siberatsweiler's goalie prevented a goal. Egon Ulrich struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Hermann Schmaltz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Högl. 47 minutes into the match, Egon Ulrich notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Siberatsweiler's Hermann Schmaltz. Hermann Schmaltz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Egon Ulrich stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Högl's goal looked a bit too open when Adalbert Mantel came free, but Wilhelm Schüßler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Siberatsweiler's Hans Weiler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilhelm Schüßler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Bozo Anbacher put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Wilhelm Schüßler. Wilhelm Schüßler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jon Balter in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th match minute, Högl was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hubert Trochowski to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Siberatsweiler's Zlatko Kügler tried to score from far away in the 65th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jon Balter took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilhelm Schüßler. Wilhelm Schüßler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Siberatsweiler's Hermann Schmaltz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Siberatsweiler from getting a goal against them. Lothar Seybold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jon Balter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bozo Anbacher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fatih Wohlgemuth kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Wilhelm Schüßler came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Siberatsweiler's Bozo Anbacher. But to his dismay, Bozo Anbacher quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2.
