In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Süderheidetal FC's goalkeeper Armin Fassbinder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hasso Rauh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Till Klukas in the 20th minute of the match. Armin Fassbinder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rasmus Boxmann in the 23rd minute of play. If Rasmus Boxmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armin Fassbinder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rasmus Boxmann in the 29th minute of the match. Karlo Scheer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Hasso Rauh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hasso Rauh made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karlo Scheer in the 35th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Till Klukas was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Klemens Abel during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 70 played minutes Süderheidetal FC got a freekick which was hit by Pieter Eickhoff. Süderheidetal FC's Armin Fassbinder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Süderheidetal FC from getting a goal against them. In the 72nd minute, one of Süderheidetal FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Süderheidetal FC. In the 73rd minute there was a penalty for Benteler FC. Dirk-Justus Kuhlins stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Armin Fassbinder. 1-1. Alfonso Lendemans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Armin Fassbinder made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Alfonso Lendemans kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Armin Fassbinder. That made the score 1-2 in the 80 minute of play. Pjotr Boner hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Armin Fassbinder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasmus Boxmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After 86 played minutes Rasmus Boxmann rounded Süderheidetal FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. After 89 minutes, Pjotr Boner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Süderheidetal FC and the Benteler FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rasmus Boxmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Süderheidetal FC's Armin Fassbinder got control of the ball when Alfonso Lendemans tried to sneak it across the goal line.
