Hasso Rauh didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when OFK Bratstvo's Timotheus Frey shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Hasso Rauh stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Holger Strohmayer's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. When Holger Strohmayer came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the OFK Bratstvo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Holger Strohmayer couldn't finish the play. Hasso Rauh didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timotheus Frey went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 20th minute Timotheus Frey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasso Rauh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hasso Rauh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Holger Strohmayer in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Karl Hellmich ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hasso Rauh was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The supporters of OFK Bratstvo booed when Benteler FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl Böcker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benteler FC's Hasso Rauh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timotheus Frey in the 30th minute of play. After 36 played minutes OFK Bratstvo got a freekick which was hit by Austris Samuss. Hasso Rauh made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-9 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Timotheus Frey to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Timotheus Frey put it in 0-10 from a short distance just to the right of Hasso Rauh. Timotheus Frey succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-11 in the 55th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Strohmayer in the 59th minute of play forced Benteler FC's goalkeeper Hasso Rauh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Özkan Şahin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hasso Rauh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Holger Strohmayer in the 63rd minute of play. OFK Bratstvo's Konstantin Nicklis was substituted for Rollo Warth. OFK Bratstvo's Christoph Aswald was substituted for Holger Strohmayer. With an all-out effort, OFK Bratstvo's Hasso Rauh threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Christoph Aswald, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Timotheus Frey got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 0-13 in the right cross in the 75th match minute before Hasso Rauh had time to react. 81 minutes in the game, Christoph Aswald fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hasso Rauh having to interfere. In the 81stth minute of the game Christoph Aswald who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Benteler FC's Hasso Rauh was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christoph Aswald got free with Hasso Rauh in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, Benteler FC's goal looked a bit too open when Timotheus Frey came free, but Hasso Rauh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hasso Rauh made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Timotheus Frey sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 87 minutes, Özkan Şahin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. OFK Bratstvo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Özkan Şahin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christoph Aswald blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hasso Rauh having to make a save. Christoph Aswald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. OFK Bratstvo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
