A collision led to Benteler FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Karl Böcker hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Kasimir Weißgerber took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Hasso Rauh to make any attempt to save it. Hasso Rauh made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Klaus Dieter Kindermann sent off a good shot on target. Karl Böcker got his second yellow card in the match during the 15th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Karl Böcker kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Hasso Rauh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kasimir Weißgerber, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Rasmus Boxmann's late challenge caught a Enger FSV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rasmus Boxmann helped the player get up and apologised. After 19 played minutes Benteler FC got a freekick which was hit by Rasmus Boxmann. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Klaus Dieter Kindermann put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hasso Rauh. Eddi Junglas kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Klaus Dieter Kindermann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Hasso Rauh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfonso Lendemans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Sievert Eschbach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alfonso Lendemans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfonso Lendemans to make the kick off. After 51st play minutes Kasimir Weißgerber shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Hasso Rauh and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 54th minute, Kasimir Weißgerber left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Enger FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. A collision led to Benteler FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Dirk-Justus Kuhlins hit a great ball. When Klaus Dieter Kindermann came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Enger FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Klaus Dieter Kindermann couldn't finish the play. Hasso Rauh came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Enger FSV's Kasimir Weißgerber. But to his dismay, Kasimir Weißgerber quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Hasso Rauh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klaus Dieter Kindermann in the 74th minute of the match. In the 88th match minute, Benteler FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christoph Hutterer to maneuver through the defense. Benteler FC's Hasso Rauh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasimir Weißgerber in the 89th minute of play. Enger FSV's Sievert Eschbach proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Enger FSV from getting a goal against them. Enger FSV were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Benteler FC for a fine match.
