Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Birk Kreuzer started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, Grüna's goal looked a bit too open when Jürgen Kronenberg came free, but Gunnar Tiggelkamp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Jürgen Kronenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Tiggelkamp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8thth minute of the game Jürgen Kronenberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grüna's Gunnar Tiggelkamp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Grüna's goal looked a bit too open when Jürgen Kronenberg came free, but Gunnar Tiggelkamp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jürgen Kronenberg in the 13th minute of play forced Grüna's goalkeeper Gunnar Tiggelkamp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gunnar Tiggelkamp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jürgen Kronenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Jürgen Kronenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute Grüna were awarded a corner. Gaston Volkmann went to the cornerflag to take it. After some careless play in the Grüna defense, Jürgen Kronenberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gunnar Tiggelkamp. The Grüna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gunnar Tiggelkamp should have stopped the shot. In the 29th minute of the match, Hans Ackermann got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bernd Neuss was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 30th minute, Marco Wannemaker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Grüna's Maurice Riek-Nagy got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Gunnar Tiggelkamp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eicke Stöckle in the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 played minutes FC Black Sea 61 got a freekick which was hit by Arne Vollander. Marco Wannemaker charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Wannemaker the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gunnar Tiggelkamp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jürgen Kronenberg's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Marco Wannemaker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to FC Black Sea 61 getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Arne Vollander hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jürgen Kronenberg was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Jürgen Kronenberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Gunnar Tiggelkamp however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Jürgen Kronenberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Black Sea 61's supporters rose to their feet, but Jürgen Kronenberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gunnar Tiggelkamp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jürgen Kronenberg in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gunnar Tiggelkamp saved Grüna from getting behind. 61 minutes into the game, Birk Kreuzer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grüna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Black Sea 61 the free kick. Birk Kreuzer hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Arne Vollander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Black Sea 61 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Gunnar Tiggelkamp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jürgen Kronenberg in the 67th minute of the match. Jürgen Kronenberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Gunnar Tiggelkamp when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Black Sea 61's Jürgen Kronenberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gunnar Tiggelkamp. That made the score 0-3 after 73 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jürgen Kronenberg in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gunnar Tiggelkamp saved Grüna from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birk Kreuzer in the 82nd minute of play forced FC Black Sea 61's goalkeeper Bernd Neuss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Jürgen Kronenberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gunnar Tiggelkamp was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. After 87 played minutes FC Black Sea 61 got a freekick which was hit by Jürgen Kronenberg. The supporters of FC Black Sea 61 booed when Grüna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birk Kreuzer didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Black Sea 61 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
