In the 20th minute, Bernard Dobrzechowski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dagoberto Loyola. The goal made the score 2-0. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Richard Otte sped through Luttermann FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dagoberto Loyola. After some careless play in the Luttermann FC defense, Bernard Dobrzechowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dagoberto Loyola. The Luttermann FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dagoberto Loyola should have stopped the shot. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the match, Luttermann FC's goal looked a bit too open when Reinhart Goll came free, but Dagoberto Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ratekau's Bodo Schickmann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Ratekau from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerold Grob got free with Bodo Schickmann in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd minute, Luttermann FC's Claus Mölber seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Claus Mölber the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Luttermann FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Claus Mölber had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Claus Mölber hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Bernard Dobrzechowski took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dagoberto Loyola. Dagoberto Loyola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Ratekau's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
