Jacob Bürsch started the match with the kick off. Sid Schätzle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Van den Bossche in the 5th minute of play. Dainius Jurkus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob Bürsch in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Edwin Van den Bossche ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sid Schätzle was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Don Sedelmayr hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Don Sedelmayr in the 13th minute of play forced Nerreth FC's goalkeeper Sid Schätzle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Nerreth FC's goal looked a bit too open when 刘思辉 came free, but Sid Schätzle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacob Bürsch in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dainius Jurkus saved Hornbosteler SV from getting behind. With a little luck, Nerreth FC's Sid Schätzle got control of the ball when Edwin Van den Bossche tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sid Schätzle made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Edwin Van den Bossche sent off a good shot on target. Lars Berndt hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edwin Van den Bossche got free with Sid Schätzle in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edwin Van den Bossche did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Sid Schätzle 27 minutes into the match. Lars Berndt kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. When Fredrik Överman came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Hornbosteler SV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fredrik Överman couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute Dario Andreasen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sid Schätzle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aron Heber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dainius Jurkus having to interfere. Nerreth FC's Sid Schätzle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Nerreth FC from getting a goal against them. In the 45th minute, Aron Heber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Don Sedelmayr made a kick off. When Hornbosteler SV's Edwin Van den Bossche in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 82nd minute Edwin Van den Bossche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sid Schätzle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edwin Van den Bossche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 85 minutes, Bernold Verpoort mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nerreth FC and the Hornbosteler SV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Nerreth FC's Bernold Verpoort got a free kick in the 85th minute. Sid Schätzle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Sedelmayr, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Sid Schätzle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Van den Bossche in the 91st minute of the match. Sid Schätzle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Don Sedelmayr's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hornbosteler SV had played much better football throughout.
