Spectators: 7670 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 70) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Paulo Lendaa kicked off to start the match. Conrado Medeiros was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Peppo Petershagen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Erik Niva had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conrado Medeiros. Guti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erik Niva was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Guti's Conrado Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Tempel in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Carl Tempel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conrado Medeiros. Guti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carl Tempel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. A collision led to SV PM Cottbus getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Erik Niva hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Erik Niva put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Conrado Medeiros. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Niva in the 25th minute of play forced Guti's goalkeeper Conrado Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The SV PM Cottbus fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when SV PM Cottbus's Ellis Povel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Guti's Paulo Lendaa got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erk Noffke made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Paulo Lendaa sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th minute, Carl Tempel made a precise shot to the right of Conrado Medeiros. Guti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. After a rather tough play, SV PM Cottbus's Ali Ertan Ressel got a free kick in the 40th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SV PM Cottbus's zone, Paulo Lendaa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erk Noffke came out of the goal and Paulo Lendaa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 43 played minutes Guti got a freekick which was hit by Sigurd Hutterer. Conrado Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Niva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Guti booed when SV PM Cottbus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timur Rose didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Florian Häfner to strike the kick off in the second half. Guti's Conrado Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Häfner in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57th minute, SV PM Cottbus's Carl Tempel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Conrado Medeiros. Conrado Medeiros yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Erik Niva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Conrado Medeiros made a huge save. In the 61st play minute Carl Tempel came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Conrado Medeiros. 0-8. Guti's Conrado Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Niva in the 67th minute of play. After 70 minutes of play, SV PM Cottbus's Carl Tempel made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conrado Medeiros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Conrado Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timur Rose in the 79th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Ellis Povel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conrado Medeiros. Guti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ellis Povel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. 88 minutes into the match, Guti's goalkeeper Conrado Medeiros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erik Niva. Conrado Medeiros made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Erik Niva sent off a good shot on target. Ellis Povel kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. SV PM Cottbus played a much better game than Guti and deserved their victory. The Guti players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
