Spectators: 8092 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1932, VIP seats: 160) Hristo Trendelenburg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ned Wiegel in the 3rd minute of play forced Nankatsu SC's goalkeeper Raphael Klasen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wigalf Buchbinder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Goy having to interfere. Wigalf Buchbinder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christian Goy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wigalf Buchbinder in the 18th minute of the match. When Pascal Dunskus came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Seeleiten FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pascal Dunskus couldn't finish the play. In the 21st match minute, Nankatsu SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Frenck to maneuver through the defense. Ned Wiegel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Raphael Klasen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Goy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hristo Trendelenburg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Seeleiten FSV's zone, Hristo Trendelenburg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Goy came out of the goal and Hristo Trendelenburg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute Florian Frenck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Goy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ned Wiegel's late challenge caught a Nankatsu SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ned Wiegel helped the player get up and apologised. Ned Wiegel hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hristo Trendelenburg in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Goy saved Seeleiten FSV from getting behind. Wigalf Buchbinder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Nankatsu SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ned Wiegel came free, but Raphael Klasen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Seeleiten FSV's Christian Goy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hristo Trendelenburg in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Seeleiten FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Wigalf Buchbinder came free, but Christian Goy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Raphael Klasen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ned Wiegel, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Wigalf Buchbinder's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Christian Goy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 55th minute, Henning Kläsener hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wigalf Buchbinder scored 0-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christian Goy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Christian Goy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludger Mackensen, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Florian Frenck might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christian Goy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florian Frenck ran back to his position shaking his head. 66 minutes into the match, Nankatsu SC's Wigalf Buchbinder sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian Goy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Benno Robbe fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nankatsu SC's protests and gave Benno Robbe a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Nankatsu SC! After having played for 74 minutes, Florian Frenck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nankatsu SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florian Frenck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th minute Ludger Mackensen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Goy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nankatsu SC's Hristo Trendelenburg got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Seeleiten FSV's goalkeeper Christian Goy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wigalf Buchbinder. Ludger Mackensen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Seeleiten FSV's Christian Goy got control of the ball when Florian Frenck tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Conni Rothenbach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seeleiten FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Conni Rothenbach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raphael Klasen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raphael Klasen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ned Wiegel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Goy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludger Mackensen, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Despite being the better team, Nankatsu SC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
