Roelof Hesseling dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 82 minutes into the match, 1. FC Polonia Nürnberg's goalkeeper Roelof Hesseling had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maksymilian Parajewski. Bruno Andres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruno Andres in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roelof Hesseling prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 94th minute, 1. FC Polonia Nürnberg's Giovani Sabóia seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Giovani Sabóia the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of 1. FC Polonia Nürnberg protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Giovani Sabóia had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch.
