Pascal Colombo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Fritz Dorneth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Lavaux in the 6th minute of play forced Gohfeld's goalkeeper Fritz Dorneth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Gohfeld defense, Elias Lavaux kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fritz Dorneth. The Gohfeld fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fritz Dorneth should have stopped the shot. 12 minutes into the match, Gohfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Pascal Colombo came free, but Fritz Dorneth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fritz Dorneth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Okanay Kunter in the 13th minute of play. Fidelio Weispfenning's late challenge caught a Gohfeld's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fidelio Weispfenning helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Roitzheim's Fidelio Weispfenning got a free kick in the 15th minute. Fritz Dorneth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Lavaux in the 16th minute of the match. Karim Adeyemi struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Wolfgang Dallmeier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gohfeld. After 19 played minutes Gohfeld got a freekick which was hit by Connor Lison. After 20 played minutes, Roitzheim's Elias Lavaux shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fritz Dorneth came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Roitzheim reached it. Claas Küfner hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Fritz Dorneth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Okanay Kunter in the 25th minute of the match. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gohfeld's goalkeeper Fritz Dorneth, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Pascal Colombo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Okanay Kunter hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Okanay Kunter's late challenge caught a Gohfeld's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Okanay Kunter helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gohfeld booed when Roitzheim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Okanay Kunter didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute, Okanay Kunter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fritz Dorneth was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 42 minutes into the match, Gohfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Lavaux came free, but Fritz Dorneth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fritz Dorneth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascal Colombo in the 44th minute of the match. Fritz Dorneth came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Roitzheim's Fidelio Weispfenning. But to his dismay, Fidelio Weispfenning quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pascal Colombo was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Gohfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Okanay Kunter came free, but Fritz Dorneth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gohfeld's Fritz Dorneth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascal Colombo in the 53rd minute of play. When Anatol Klöckner fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gohfeld's protests and gave Anatol Klöckner a yellow card for diving instead. Anatol Klöckner hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Ralph Perschke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 58 minutes of play Gohfeld's Anatol Klöckner was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Anatol Klöckner kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Pascal Colombo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. With a little luck, Gohfeld's Fritz Dorneth got control of the ball when Elias Lavaux tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Roitzheim's Fritz Dorneth threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pascal Colombo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 70 minutes into the match, Roman Raucher had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fritz Dorneth. Gohfeld's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roman Raucher was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 77th minute Fidelio Weispfenning shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fritz Dorneth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Roitzheim booed when Gohfeld was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karim Adeyemi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karim Adeyemi kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Pascal Colombo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fritz Dorneth. The goal made the score 0-7. A very nice done corner allowed Ovid Niestroj to score against Fritz Dorneth in Gohfeld's goal. 0-8 after 84 minutes. 88 minutes into the match, Gohfeld's goalkeeper Fritz Dorneth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Okanay Kunter. Roitzheim were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Gohfeld's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elias Lavaux took the corner. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pascal Colombo in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fritz Dorneth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match was over Roitzheim could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gohfeld throughout the match.
