The referee ignored Großberghofen's protests and gave Gerd Della a yellow card for diving instead. Gerd Della kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. With a left leg Ubelteso Fontiveros saved Emürspor from getting behind. 94 minutes into the match, Hubertus Burger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julius Aumann. Großberghofen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hubertus Burger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0.
