Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) TJ Melnik's Bohumil Ščuka started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jiří Hrubec kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. FK Habeš's Norbert Bubník proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save FK Habeš from getting a goal against them. In the 8th minute, David Kalous made a precise shot to the right of Norbert Bubník. FK Habeš's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Julius Hlaváč made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Šimon Šulek in the 12th minute of play. Šimon Šulek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julius Hlaváč made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Václav Rýdl in the 16th minute of play. Vilibald Herda's late challenge caught a FK Habeš's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vilibald Herda helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FK Habeš booed when TJ Melnik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilibald Herda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Václav Rýdl took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julius Hlaváč. Julius Hlaváč dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. FK Habeš's Norbert Bubník played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bohumil Ščuka in the 27th minute of play. Julius Hlaváč took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Václav Rýdl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Václav Rýdl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julius Hlaváč. TJ Melnik's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Václav Rýdl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Šimon Šulek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Julius Hlaváč tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute Václav Rýdl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julius Hlaváč saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Kalous fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Bubník having to interfere. Norbert Bubník made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when David Kalous sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of FK Habeš booed when TJ Melnik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomáš Smítka didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half FK Habeš were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Václav Rýdl was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Kalous in the 54th minute of play forced FK Habeš's goalkeeper Norbert Bubník to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute David Kalous shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Bubník saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, TJ Melnik's Petr Šťáva got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Václav Rýdl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julius Hlaváč having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomáš Smítka during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to TJ Melnik getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Tomáš Smítka hit a great ball. Norbert Bubník came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by TJ Melnik's Bohumil Ščuka. But to his dismay, Bohumil Ščuka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 3-2 became the score in the 77th minute when František Vostřel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Václav Rýdl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julius Hlaváč was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bohumil Ščuka during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bohumil Ščuka hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Norbert Bubník made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Kalous in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Bohumil Ščuka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Norbert Bubník. FK Habeš's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bohumil Ščuka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. Bohumil Ščuka struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Norbert Bubník didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TJ Melnik. The TJ Melnik support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
