The crowd rose to their feet as FC Patov's Tage Pålsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bohuš Kopic. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Bohuš Kopic was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Tage Pålsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tage Pålsson really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 18 minutes into the match, Slavoj Český Těšín's goalkeeper Bohuš Kopic had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kurt Janiš. In the 19th minute Tage Pålsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bohuš Kopic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bohuš Kopic was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Tage Pålsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tage Pålsson really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Bohuš Kopic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generoso Papon, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. With a little luck, Slavoj Český Těšín's Bohuš Kopic got control of the ball when Generoso Papon tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Antonín Skoupil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Slavoj Český Těšín's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonín Skoupil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jakub Baran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The throw-in from Jiří Tichavský in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Slavoj Český Těšín's Zdeněk Penc. The supporters of FC Patov booed when Slavoj Český Těšín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egon Petružálek didn't get a good kick on the ball.

FC Patov's Květoslav Zukal was substituted for Viliam Schenk. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kurt Janiš made a kick off. Bohuš Kopic came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Patov's Tage Pålsson. But to his dismay, Tage Pålsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Fiori Rosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 64th minute, Tage Pålsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Patov fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. After a defensive mix-up in Slavoj Český Těšín's zone, Jiří Tichavský stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bohuš Kopic came out of the goal and Jiří Tichavský tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When FC Patov's Tage Pålsson in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Slavoj Český Těšín's goalie prevented a goal. Bohuš Kopic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt Janiš in the 69th minute of the match. Bohuš Kopic came out of the goal and Jiří Tichavský tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bohuš Kopic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Pålsson in the 73rd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Tage Pålsson made a precise shot to the right of Bohuš Kopic. Slavoj Český Těšín's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. Bohuš Kopic stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tage Pålsson's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tage Pålsson in the 86th minute of play forced Slavoj Český Těšín's goalkeeper Bohuš Kopic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tomás Lecanda came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the FC Patov fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomás Lecanda couldn't finish the play. Slavoj Český Těšín's Bohuš Kopic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Janiš in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, FC Patov's Karel Brož nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bohuš Kopic made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 13-0. FC Patov walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
