Aleš Svatek started the match with the kick off. Jiří Chmelík sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Medvedi's zone, Roman Andrýsek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vlastimil Šíma came out of the goal and Roman Andrýsek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roman Andrýsek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute, Jiří Chmelík got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11th minute, Jiří Chmelík ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vlastimil Šíma was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 14 minutes, Radek Kincl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Medvedi and the Czechia Hradec Králové players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 14 played minutes Medvedi got a freekick which was hit by Radek Kincl. Jiří Chmelík scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vlastimil Šíma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th minute, Roman Andrýsek made a precise shot to the right of Vlastimil Šíma. Medvedi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Vlastimil Šíma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Andrýsek in the 22nd minute of play. Czechia Hradec Králové were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Medvedi's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Přemek Tomanec took the corner. Leonid Hejl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Nodar Gol made a huge save. In the 28th minute of the match, Leonid Hejl got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nodar Gol was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Andrýsek in the 29th minute of play forced Medvedi's goalkeeper Vlastimil Šíma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Roman Andrýsek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vlastimil Šíma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jiří Chmelík in the 33rd minute of the match. Roman Andrýsek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlastimil Šíma having to interfere. Medvedi's Vlastimil Šíma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Andrýsek in the 40th minute of play. Roman Andrýsek struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Vlastimil Šíma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Czechia Hradec Králové.

If Jiří Chmelík had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 54 minutes into the game, Czechia Hradec Králové's Jiří Chmelík nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vlastimil Šíma made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 57th minute, Jiří Chmelík left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Czechia Hradec Králové fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Czechia Hradec Králové's Roman Andrýsek got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aleš Svatek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nodar Gol having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Czechia Hradec Králové's Roman Andrýsek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vlastimil Šíma narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 69th minute, Czechia Hradec Králové's Roman Andrýsek dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. 71 minutes into the match, Medvedi's goal looked a bit too open when Jiří Chmelík came free, but Vlastimil Šíma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute Roman Andrýsek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlastimil Šíma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Medvedi's goalkeeper Vlastimil Šíma, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vlastimil Šíma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Andrýsek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Josef Schejbal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vlastimil Šíma was a little too slow when Jiří Chmelík got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-7. Roman Andrýsek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlastimil Šíma having to interfere. In the 86thth minute of the game Roman Andrýsek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Medvedi's Vlastimil Šíma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jiří Chmelík sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Czechia Hradec Králové's Roman Andrýsek dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. Medvedi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Roman Andrýsek scored to the left of an out of position Vlastimil Šíma, making the score, 0-9. Radek Kincl hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the match was over Czechia Hradec Králové could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Medvedi throughout the match.
