Piero Chalut was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 8th minute. Langenbruck's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Lars Zweifel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjy Känel having to interfere. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Langenbruck's goalkeeper Lionel Scheiber, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dersimspor's Benjy Känel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Dersimspor from getting a goal against them. Gernot Trierweiler's late challenge caught a Langenbruck's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 39th minute, Giuseppe Rüdy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lionel Scheiber stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rasmus Schwartz's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the game, Willi Lieckfeldt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Langenbruck's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dersimspor the free kick. Willi Lieckfeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The Langenbruck players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dersimspor were winning 0-1.

Giuseppe Rüdy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dersimspor's Rasmus Schwartz got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lionel Scheiber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasmus Schwartz, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute, Dersimspor's Rasmus Schwartz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. In the 69th minute, Tom Sauerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giuseppe Rüdy might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lionel Scheiber. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Giuseppe Rüdy ran back to his position shaking his head. When Gioacchino Bettinelli fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Langenbruck's protests and gave Gioacchino Bettinelli a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Langenbruck's Gioacchino Bettinelli got a free kick in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rasmus Schwartz in the 82nd minute of play forced Langenbruck's goalkeeper Lionel Scheiber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 85 minutes, Giuseppe Rüdy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dersimspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giuseppe Rüdy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Langenbruck's Lionel Scheiber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rasmus Schwartz in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Giuseppe Rüdy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dersimspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Dersimspor walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
