Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Renatus Catalusci got the match started through his kick off. Renatus Catalusci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesko Bianini having to interfere. After 11 played minutes Harry Mag Eier got a freekick which was hit by Jerom Keller. After recieving a nice pass, FC Zurich's Jaromir Visser tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. FC Zurich's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Beppe Schauber scored to the left of an out of position Salvador Michon, making the score, 1-0. A collision led to Harry Mag Eier getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Jerom Keller hit a great ball. Renatus Catalusci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ilian Mahrer got free with Salvador Michon in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Harry Mag Eier's Beppe Schauber got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Salvador Michon made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Dick Schaer sent off a good shot on target. When Dick Schaer came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Harry Mag Eier fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dick Schaer couldn't finish the play. Salvador Michon made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Dick Schaer sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, FC Zurich's Jaromir Visser got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Beppe Schauber to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dick Schaer in the 54th minute of play forced FC Zurich's goalkeeper Salvador Michon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Beppe Schauber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Michon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dick Schaer struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Salvador Michon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Harry Mag Eier. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Zwirn in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Salvador Michon saved FC Zurich from getting behind. If Beppe Schauber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salvador Michon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beppe Schauber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hans Guilband hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 80th match minute, FC Zurich was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Guilband to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Beppe Schauber managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harry Mag Eier's supporters rose to their feet, but Beppe Schauber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salvador Michon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dick Schaer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Salvador Michon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Salvador Michon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beppe Schauber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Philipp Rausis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesko Bianini having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Philipp Rausis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hans Guilband during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 95 played minutes FC Zurich got a freekick which was hit by Hans Guilband. After recieving a nice pass, Harry Mag Eier's Romeo Paskuj tried to score from far away in the 96th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Harry Mag Eier fully deserved thier win.
