After 18 played minutes Aigle Rouge Club got a freekick which was hit by Leonhard Helmholz. Jonathan Meyer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yannic Seifert in the 19th minute of play. Jarno Emhardt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Urbain Ottiger made a huge save. Niccolo Fellmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jonathan Meyer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Meyer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niccolo Fellmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaston Burkart kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Aigle Rouge Club's Jacques Sidler broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After some careless play in the Aigle Rouge Club defense, Yannic Seifert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Meyer. The Aigle Rouge Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Meyer should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Super Dragoes ZH booed when Aigle Rouge Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonhard Helmholz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Meyer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niccolo Fellmann in the 48th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 62 played minutes Super Dragoes ZH got a freekick which was hit by Bernard Bonato. In the 65th minute, Nat Mehrtens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute, Jarno Emhardt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aigle Rouge Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Gaston Burkart hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niccolo Fellmann in the 74th minute of play forced Aigle Rouge Club's goalkeeper Jonathan Meyer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jarno Emhardt came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Aigle Rouge Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarno Emhardt couldn't finish the play. Super Dragoes ZH's Urbain Ottiger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nat Mehrtens in the 86th minute of play. Niccolo Fellmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Meyer having to interfere. Leonhard Helmholz hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Super Dragoes ZH players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Aigle Rouge Club.
