In the 26th match minute, Hundwil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joe Helbling to maneuver through the defense. After 27 played minutes, FC Thun 1898's Jeremy Riedweg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cedric Struver came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Thun 1898 reached it. Henri Stinde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cedric Struver having to interfere. Hundwil FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Henri Stinde 33 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Basilius Saluz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cedric Struver having to make a save. In the 39th minute, Ivan Lehmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cedric Struver was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Ivan Lehmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Lehmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When LucaLucan Waldburger was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 53 minutes had been played. LucaLucan Waldburger kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Farid Finger made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Joel Witschard sent off a good shot on target. Cedric Struver took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henri Stinde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 played minutes Hundwil FC got a freekick which was hit by Rainer Fuchs. Farid Finger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1.
