After 7 played minutes ARAPONGAS got a freekick which was hit by Lucian Budulea. 14 minutes into the match, ARAPONGAS's goalkeeper Manol Skarlatov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pirmin Guerra. After 15 minutes of play, ARAPONGAS's Sebastian Striner made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andor Konig was left in no man's land by his defense there! ARAPONGAS's Timon Gmür got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Striner stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Mosa FC's Andor Konig got control of the ball when Sebastian Striner tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 55th minute Sebastian Striner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andor Konig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th match minute, ARAPONGAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Hoch to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, ARAPONGAS's Sebastian Striner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andor Konig narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sebastian Striner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ARAPONGAS's Tibor Brandt was substituted for Henry Hoch. The ARAPONGAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. A collision led to ARAPONGAS getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Ignaz Clementia hit a great ball. In the 89th minute, Loic Beck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andor Konig was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Sebastian Striner who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Andor Konig when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rafael Hauser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded ARAPONGAS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mosa FC.
