Spectators: 8324 (Terracing: 6352, Seating: 1947, VIP seats: 25) Stephan Lejeune didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Poldi Schenk went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Fc Olten defense, Conan Elisabeth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christian Frankfurter. The Fc Olten fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christian Frankfurter should have stopped the shot. In the 12th match minute, Fc Olten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Solomon Ehrler to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Winikon's goalkeeper Stephan Lejeune had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fremont Ettlin. 3-1 became the score in the 16th minute when Poldi Schenk elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Laurent Herger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christian Frankfurter was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. A sloppy throw-in by Raymond Dolder in the 22nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Fc Olten's Riccardo Zäch. 23 minutes into the match, Fremont Ettlin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Stephan Lejeune, 4-2. Fc Olten's Christian Frankfurter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berthold Winkel in the 31st minute of play. Laurent Herger hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Stephan Lejeune took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fremont Ettlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Frankfurter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefano Stempfel in the 41st minute of the match. Christian Frankfurter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berthold Winkel in the 43rd minute of play. Fc Olten's Christian Frankfurter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefano Stempfel in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-2 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Berthold Winkel to make the kick off. In the 56th minute of the match, Berthold Winkel got a very nice opportunity to score, but Christian Frankfurter was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Stefano Stempfel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fremont Ettlin took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stephan Lejeune. Stephan Lejeune dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. After a rather tough play, Fc Olten's Solomon Ehrler got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 70th minute, Fremont Ettlin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stephan Lejeune was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. 79 minutes into the game, Mauritius Beckenbauer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christian Frankfurter. Mauritius Beckenbauer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-3. Poldi Schenk took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stephan Lejeune. Stephan Lejeune dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-3. The throw-in from Raymond Dolder in the 89th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fc Olten's Riccardo Zäch. After 89 played minutes Winikon got a freekick which was hit by Mauritius Beckenbauer. Stephan Lejeune made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fremont Ettlin in the 92nd minute of play. Christian Frankfurter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conan Elisabeth in the 96th minute of the match. Winikon's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
