Spectators: 8442 (Terracing: 6333, Seating: 1941, VIP seats: 168) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Maurice Lüthi made the kick off which started today's match. If Ernestin Brünisholz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raul Hachée sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th match minute, Band of Brothers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uli Obrecht to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Band of Brothers's Uli Obrecht got a free kick in the 10th minute. Oskar Busel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kerwin Nyfeler having to interfere. A collision led to Band of Brothers getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Romain Hegner hit a great ball. In the 15th minute of the match Brenles FC got a corner. Band of Brothers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Quintin Bühler ran over to the corner to take the kick. 18 minutes into the game, Eric Jurt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Band of Brothers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brenles FC the free kick. Oskar Busel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Kerwin Nyfeler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raul Hachée in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kerwin Nyfeler saved Band of Brothers from getting behind. Quintin Bühler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Band of Brothers's Lovis Basciano got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 33 played minutes Brenles FC got a freekick which was hit by Laslo Weibel. In the 34th minute, Brenles FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nicholas Seitz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Quintin Bühler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Uli Obrecht kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Brenles FC were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Band of Brothers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Quintin Bühler took the corner. After taking down the ball on Brenles FC's corner Quintin Bühler fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kerwin Nyfeler quite easily take care of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Quintin Bühler to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Uli Obrecht hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Band of Brothers's Matthew Amlehn got a free kick in the 56th minute. Norbert Furst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicholas Seitz in the 58th minute of play. Raul Hachée who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Kerwin Nyfeler when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernestin Brünisholz got free with Kerwin Nyfeler in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Brenles FC's Norbert Furst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicholas Seitz in the 68th minute of play. If Raul Hachée had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Band of Brothers's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Quintin Bühler fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 73rd match minute, Band of Brothers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uli Obrecht to maneuver through the defense. After 76 minutes, Viktor Maina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Band of Brothers and the Brenles FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Viktor Maina hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Band of Brothers's Uli Obrecht got a free kick in the 80th minute. Quintinus Schifferli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 played minutes Band of Brothers got a freekick which was hit by Matthew Amlehn. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Uli Obrecht in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norbert Furst saved Brenles FC from getting behind. In the 89th minute Maurice Lüthi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Furst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Norbert Furst came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Band of Brothers's Matthew Amlehn. But to his dismay, Matthew Amlehn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Romain Hegner kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. With a little luck, Band of Brothers's Kerwin Nyfeler got control of the ball when Quintin Bühler tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Band of Brothers support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
