Quentin Amstad kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 28thth minute. Though ot was a great shot 1. FC Hombrechtikon's keeper Nicolai Gmür was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Ur Sal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yannis Gisler's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Xaver Meyer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ur Sal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 45th minute, Xaver Meyer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolai Gmür made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Quentin Amstad sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Quentin Amstad to make the kick off. Quentin Amstad took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicolai Gmür. Nicolai Gmür dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 60 minutes into the match, 1. FC Hombrechtikon's goal looked a bit too open when Quentin Amstad came free, but Nicolai Gmür reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolai Gmür was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 85 minutes into the match, Yannis Gisler notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of ZION AC's Ur Sal. Ur Sal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Gabriel Meier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute.
