Marc Brand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Florus Hunkeler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Marc Brand made a huge save. Lionel Emennegger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Didier Bonenfant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Mjöllnir's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Koch came free, but Marc Brand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Mjöllnir defense, Andreas Koch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marc Brand. The Mjöllnir fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marc Brand should have stopped the shot. Andreas Koch didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 4-2 via right post in the game's 45th minute. Fc Olten's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52ndth minute of the game Andreas Koch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mjöllnir's Marc Brand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jasper Wollenmann charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jasper Wollenmann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Mjöllnir's Jasper Wollenmann got a free kick in the 91st minute. When Fc Olten's Andreas Koch in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mjöllnir's goalie prevented a goal. In the 94th minute Andreas Koch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Brand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fc Olten walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
