Seating: 1953, VIP seats: 130) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Patrizius Lampron started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Quentin Schmidlin made a precise shot to the right of Jan Netzer. Cagnagob's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 6th minute, Patrizius Lampron fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Marc Brand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Rhéaume, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan Netzer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavian Gaertner in the 10th minute of play. Marc Brand was a little too slow when Nicolas Rhéaume got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 16th match minute, Mjöllnir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavian Gaertner to maneuver through the defense. With 17 minutes on the clock, Timotheus Sennrich commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 17 minutes into the game, one of Mjöllnir:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Marc Brand, was totally fooled by Cagnagob's Silas Gianico, who 19 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Jan Netzer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavian Gaertner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marc Brand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Rhéaume in the 28th minute of the match. Marc Brand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrizius Lampron, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 32 played minutes Cagnagob got a freekick which was hit by Alex Ciancone. In the 36th minute, Quentin Schmidlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Cagnagob's Silas Gianico tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute Patrizius Lampron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Brand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flavian Gaertner made a kick off. Flavian Gaertner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Quentin Schmidlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marc Brand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrizius Lampron in the 57th minute of play. When Arrigo Möckli fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mjöllnir's protests and gave Arrigo Möckli a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Mjöllnir's Arrigo Möckli got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 64th minute Patrizius Lampron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Brand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mjöllnir's Marc Brand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrizius Lampron in the 67th minute of play. Jan Netzer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Flavian Gaertner showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 69 minute of play. Marc Brand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Rhéaume, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Mjöllnir's Flavian Gaertner got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 79th minute, Patrizius Lampron left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cagnagob fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. When Nicolas Rhéaume, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 83 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Marc Brand was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Marc Brand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Rhéaume, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Patrizius Lampron ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marc Brand was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. Marc Brand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrizius Lampron in the 90th minute of play. Alex Ciancone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Brand having to interfere. Marc Brand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrizius Lampron, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. In the 97th minute Nicolas Rhéaume shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Brand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
