Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Armand Theijs started the match with the kick off. Frederic Van Der Heijden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armand Theijs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo López in the 5th minute of play forced RealBJK's goalkeeper Frederic Van Der Heijden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cala's Dave Mader played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanni De Felice in the 6th minute of play. If Üzeyir Orhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 11 minutes into the match, RealBJK's goal looked a bit too open when Armand Theijs came free, but Frederic Van Der Heijden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frederic Van Der Heijden made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Frederic Van Der Heijden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bill Nietlispach in the 45th minute of the match. Frederic Van Der Heijden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armand Theijs in the 47th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Armand Theijs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frederic Van Der Heijden was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alex Petrova was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Cala's Armand Theijs dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. With an all-out effort, Cala's Frederic Van Der Heijden threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gustavo López, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armand Theijs in the 58th minute of play forced RealBJK's goalkeeper Frederic Van Der Heijden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 59 minutes, Giovanni De Felice managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RealBJK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giovanni De Felice was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute Pierre Van Geertruyden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederic Van Der Heijden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Cala's Gustavo López dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Cala's Armand Theijs slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Frederic Van Der Heijden. That made the score 0-6 after 67 minutes of play. Sepp Wüst hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the game, Cala's Gustavo López nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frederic Van Der Heijden made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Frederic Van Der Heijden was a little too slow when Armand Theijs got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-8. RealBJK's Frederic Van Der Heijden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armand Theijs in the 91st minute of play. Frederic Van Der Heijden made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Üzeyir Orhan sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded Cala left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than RealBJK.
