Seating: 1990, VIP seats: 175) 4 minutes into the match, Mittlersass's goal looked a bit too open when Henric Lind came free, but Roque Feliu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was a well-played corner which Gyula Gere managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Roque Feliu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beatus Schmitt in the 8th minute of the match. Roque Feliu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beatus Schmitt, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After a rather tough play, Mittlersass's Janos Cacciatore got a free kick in the 18th minute. After having played for 19 minutes, Herman Himmelreich managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Seitenstecher's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herman Himmelreich was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roman De Maria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Seitenstecher were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Mittlersass's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Herman Himmelreich took the corner. After taking down the ball on FC Seitenstecher's corner Roman De Maria fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Roque Feliu quite easily take care of the ball. Beatus Schmitt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Roque Feliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mittlersass's Roque Feliu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beatus Schmitt in the 29th minute of play. Marc Maurer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Feliu having to interfere. Henric Lind blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roque Feliu having to make a save. In the 37th minute, Henric Lind made a precise shot to the right of Roque Feliu. Mittlersass's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 40 minutes into the match, Beatus Schmitt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roque Feliu. Mittlersass's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Beatus Schmitt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. FC Seitenstecher's Eric Scilacci was substituted for Roman De Maria. Eric Scilacci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joakim Kellman was the one to do the kick off. Theodore Rohner charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Theodore Rohner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 60 played minutes Mittlersass got a freekick which was hit by Philipp Ringeli. 61 minutes into the game, Marc Maurer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Roque Feliu. Marc Maurer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Beatus Schmitt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roque Feliu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute of the match FC Seitenstecher got a corner. Mittlersass's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Herman Himmelreich ran over to the corner to take the kick. Roque Feliu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henric Lind, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beatus Schmitt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Feliu having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, FC Seitenstecher's Eric Scilacci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roque Feliu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 83 minutes Mittlersass's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Herman Himmelreich who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Herman Himmelreich got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roque Feliu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Natalio Sein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eric Scilacci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Feliu having to interfere. When Beatus Schmitt came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the FC Seitenstecher fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beatus Schmitt couldn't finish the play. After having played for 90 minutes, Beatus Schmitt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Seitenstecher's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beatus Schmitt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st match minute, Mittlersass was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claude Verdon to maneuver through the defense. Eric Scilacci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Feliu having to interfere. FC Seitenstecher's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
