A nice corner shot did that Adam Wielowiejski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bunda Grande quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stian Aarflot in the 5th minute of play forced SalentoUnited's goalkeeper Bunda Grande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by SalentoUnited's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adam Wielowiejski was slow to take the kick. During this time Tarada's players had a chance to rest. Tarada's Serge Jeanneret was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bunda Grande in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bunda Grande made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Arthur Hengemühl sent off a good shot on target. In the 9thth minute of the game Adam Wielowiejski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SalentoUnited's Bunda Grande was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Henrick Zeier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urbano Hotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th match minute, SalentoUnited was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Marti to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, SalentoUnited's goalkeeper Bunda Grande had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serge Jeanneret. Henrick Zeier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urbano Hotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urbano Hotz might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henrick Zeier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Urbano Hotz ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Tarada's zone, Edgar Meier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrick Zeier came out of the goal and Edgar Meier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bunda Grande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stian Aarflot in the 28th minute of the match. Arthur Hengemühl took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bunda Grande. Bunda Grande dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 34 minutes, Ron Migneault mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tarada and the SalentoUnited players grew even worse after the yellow card. 35 minutes into the game, Octavius Gräf cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Henrick Zeier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 38 minutes into the match, Tarada's goal looked a bit too open when Alexis Veterini came free, but Henrick Zeier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henrick Zeier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Hotz in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Adam Wielowiejski made a precise shot to the right of Bunda Grande. SalentoUnited's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 46th minute Urbano Hotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrick Zeier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
