Joppe Van den Wyngaert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute, Albert Cerneels got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Albert Cerneels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles-Antoine Wijns having to interfere. Xander Louis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles-Antoine Wijns having to interfere. Crazy Diamonds's Charles-Antoine Wijns played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xander Louis in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, SV Velghe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Van Boekost to maneuver through the defense. Joppe Van den Wyngaert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dreas Van Gysel, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Samuel Van Boekost hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. SV Velghe's Joppe Van den Wyngaert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sylvain Van Malcot in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dreas Van Gysel in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joppe Van den Wyngaert saved SV Velghe from getting behind. After 34 minutes of play, Crazy Diamonds's Dreas Van Gysel made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joppe Van den Wyngaert was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 41 minutes, Xander Louis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SV Velghe and the Crazy Diamonds players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xander Louis kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Sylvain Van Malcot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, SV Velghe's goal looked a bit too open when Sylvain Van Malcot came free, but Joppe Van den Wyngaert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The SV Velghe players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Crazy Diamonds were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xander Louis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Erik-Jan Wouters hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute Xander Louis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles-Antoine Wijns saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Crazy Diamonds's goal looked a bit too open when Xander Louis came free, but Charles-Antoine Wijns reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tran Valckenaerts kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. The supporters of SV Velghe booed when Crazy Diamonds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jilian Toeback didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xander Louis in the 61st minute of play forced Crazy Diamonds's goalkeeper Charles-Antoine Wijns to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albert Cerneels might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charles-Antoine Wijns. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albert Cerneels ran back to his position shaking his head. Crazy Diamonds's Charles-Antoine Wijns played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xander Louis in the 87th minute of play. If Dreas Van Gysel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to SV Velghe getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Samuel Van Boekost hit a great ball. Joppe Van den Wyngaert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sylvain Van Malcot in the 94th minute of the match. If Albert Cerneels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Crazy Diamonds players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
