Johan De Bisschop kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Lieven Tailleur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anthonio Van Houdtvin struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Nic Villyn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bilzen Youth Academy. With a little luck, Bilzen Youth Academy's Paulus Van Looy got control of the ball when Victor Van Hoeijveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot by Gerrit Kerkhove from long distance, 31 minutes into the match, got Paulus Van Looy's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 33 minutes into the game, Victor Van Hoeijveldt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Paulus Van Looy. Victor Van Hoeijveldt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Jacob Uijtterhoeven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 47 minutes, Anthonio Van Houdtvin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bilzen Youth Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthonio Van Houdtvin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victor Van Hoeijveldt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes SK Warisoulx got a freekick which was hit by Gerrit Kerkhove. In the 54th minute Joe Asselberghs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulus Van Looy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, SK Warisoulx's Thobias Duchateau got a free kick in the 61st minute. Rik Gyselinckx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulus Van Looy having to interfere. Lieven Tailleur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 79 minutes of play SK Warisoulx's Gerrit Kerkhove was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Jacob Uijtterhoeven recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nic Villyn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob Uijtterhoeven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by SK Warisoulx's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jacob Uijtterhoeven was slow to take the kick. During this time Bilzen Youth Academy's players had a chance to rest. After 93 played minutes SK Warisoulx got a freekick which was hit by Ritchie Sas. Paulus Van Looy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rik Gyselinckx in the 96th minute of play. Bilzen Youth Academy were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
