VC Tginee's Steffen Vanderhaege proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save VC Tginee from getting a goal against them. Raymond Van Hecke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sandro Canal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Steffen Vanderhaege read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, KV Breendonk Duvel's goal looked a bit too open when Raymond Van Hecke came free, but Zsolt Rózsa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Steffen Vanderhaege made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilla Bumin Sümeroğlu in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 played minutes VC Tginee got a freekick which was hit by Emile Gobbelijns. After 25 played minutes VC Tginee got a freekick which was hit by Marnix Walters. In the 26th match minute, KV Breendonk Duvel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Poelmans to maneuver through the defense. KV Breendonk Duvel's Zsolt Rózsa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raymond Van Hecke in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, KV Breendonk Duvel's Leopold Wils got a free kick in the 29th minute. Raymond Van Hecke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zsolt Rózsa having to interfere. Atilla Bumin Sümeroğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Steffen Vanderhaege showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilla Bumin Sümeroğlu in the 36th minute of the match. After some careless play in the VC Tginee defense, Atilla Bumin Sümeroğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Steffen Vanderhaege. The VC Tginee fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Steffen Vanderhaege should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Sandro Canal managed to get in a good position for a shot. KV Breendonk Duvel's supporters rose to their feet, but Sandro Canal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Steffen Vanderhaege breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Raymond Van Hecke made a kick off. Steffen Vanderhaege took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmond Sulem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zsolt Rózsa made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Kenney Lanphant sent off a good shot on target. After 61 played minutes KV Breendonk Duvel got a freekick which was hit by Edmond Sulem. In the 64th minute Atilla Bumin Sümeroğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steffen Vanderhaege saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Steffen Vanderhaege didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sandro Canal went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Steffen Vanderhaege took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atilla Bumin Sümeroğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute, Atilla Bumin Sümeroğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KV Breendonk Duvel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 84th minute Atilla Bumin Sümeroğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steffen Vanderhaege saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KV Breendonk Duvel's Edmond Sulem got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 6-0 became the score in the 89th minute when Atilla Bumin Sümeroğlu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Atilla Bumin Sümeroğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Vanderhaege having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, VC Tginee's goal looked a bit too open when Sandro Canal came free, but Steffen Vanderhaege reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. KV Breendonk Duvel fully deserved thier win.
