After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Nicolas Kerstens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wolvertem-Merchtem's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Kerstens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The ball had pretty good speed, but Yannis Storms firmly grabbed it by the left post. Teo Coekelbergh had several of the Upigny's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 81 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Yannis Storms as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Upigny's goalkeeper Yannis Storms, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Wolvertem-Merchtem's goal looked a bit too open when Jurgen Kempenaerts came free, but Jannes Meulemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yannis Storms showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Coekelbergh in the 91st minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Wolvertem-Merchtem left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Upigny.
