Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Phillipe Van der Borght got the match started through his kick off. Tomm Sas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gery Dewitte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 4 minutes into the match, FC Aclot's goal looked a bit too open when Tijs Moreau came free, but Tomm Sas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Aclot's Tomm Sas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gillis De Weijngaert in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Jeremy Jennes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Annekenshoek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Aclot the free kick. Jeremy Jennes hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Willem Wolfs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomm Sas having to interfere. Tomm Sas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tijs Moreau in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to FC Aclot getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Reinard Stocks hit a great ball. Tomm Sas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gillis De Weijngaert in the 31st minute of play. Bas Hendrickx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Tomas Van Goethem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Aclot's Bas Hendrickx slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomas Van Goethem. That made the score 1-0 after 37 minutes of play. Bas Hendrickx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Van Goethem having to interfere. Phillipe Van der Borght's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomas Van Goethem read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gery Dewitte during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Aclot booed when Annekenshoek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gery Dewitte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Van Goethem made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Bas Hendrickx sent off a good shot on target. Victor Sas's late challenge caught a FC Aclot's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Sas helped the player get up and apologised. Victor Sas hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tijs Moreau made a kick off. Gillis De Weijngaert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Tomm Sas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gillis De Weijngaert hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Tomas Van Goethem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Phillipe Van der Borght in the 58th minute of the match. Phillipe Van der Borght struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Tomas Van Goethem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Aclot. The crowd rose to their feet as Tijs Moreau kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tomm Sas. That made the score 1-2 in the 66 minute of play. If Willem Wolfs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute Bas Hendrickx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Van Goethem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bas Hendrickx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th match minute, Annekenshoek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gery Dewitte to maneuver through the defense. If Gillis De Weijngaert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Phillipe Van der Borght sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Aclot's Tomm Sas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tijs Moreau in the 92nd minute of play. Tomm Sas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tijs Moreau in the 94th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gillis De Weijngaert got free with Tomm Sas in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomm Sas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tijs Moreau in the 96th minute of play. Annekenshoek's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
