The crowd rose to their feet as Mattias de Vleeschouwer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Josef Gooris. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. After having played for 8 minutes, Pierre-Alexandre Mathijs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iendracht.be's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pierre-Alexandre Mathijs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gwen Sommers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Josef Gooris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias de Vleeschouwer in the 12th minute of play. Pharmatoppers's Josef Gooris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwen Sommers in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Robin De Vadder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute Anibal Pueblo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cedrik Steenbecks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Pharmatoppers's Bernd Huijgens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cedrik Steenbecks made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Robin De Vadder kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 36 played minutes Iendracht.be got a freekick which was hit by Mattias de Vleeschouwer. In the 38th minute Pharmatoppers were awarded a corner. Johnny Engelboorgs went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Pharmatoppers's corner Johnny Engelboorgs fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cedrik Steenbecks quite easily take care of the ball. If Bernd Huijgens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pharmatoppers's Josef Gooris proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Pharmatoppers from getting a goal against them. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gwen Sommers stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anibal Pueblo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Cedrik Steenbecks when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 59 played minutes Iendracht.be got a freekick which was hit by Gwen Sommers. Anibal Pueblo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anibal Pueblo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Cedrik Steenbecks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 68 minutes, Robin De Vadder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The supporters of Pharmatoppers booed when Iendracht.be was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mattias de Vleeschouwer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anibal Pueblo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Cedrik Steenbecks made a huge save. Mattias de Vleeschouwer kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Pharmatoppers's attack was well implemented in the 79th minute, but when Bernd Huijgens was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Pharmatoppers's Bernd Huijgens got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Iendracht.be's zone, Bernd Huijgens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cedrik Steenbecks came out of the goal and Bernd Huijgens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 84 minutes, Jorge De Hoef managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pharmatoppers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge De Hoef was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute, Gwen Sommers made a precise shot to the right of Josef Gooris. Pharmatoppers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1.
