Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, K. Beerschot VA's 任德亦 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mathieu Verdeyen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Mathieu Verdeyen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 任德亦 went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 12th minute, Quentin Cooreman made a precise shot to the right of Mathieu Verdeyen. Kerkbrugge's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. K. Beerschot VA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 宋骋帆 in the 20th minute. K. Beerschot VA's 宋骋帆 was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mathieu Verdeyen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Quentin Cooreman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Diego Vermeesch fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kerkbrugge's protests and gave Diego Vermeesch a yellow card for diving instead. In the 34th minute, 任德亦 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mathieu Verdeyen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After 40 minutes of play, K. Beerschot VA's 任德亦 made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mathieu Verdeyen was left in no man's land by his defense there! When David Wuets fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kerkbrugge's protests and gave David Wuets a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Kerkbrugge got a freekick which was hit by David Wuets. Mathieu Verdeyen came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by K. Beerschot VA's Quentin Cooreman. But to his dismay, Quentin Cooreman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Izak Van Leempten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kerkbrugge's supporters rose to their feet, but Izak Van Leempten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bert Nilis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Kerkbrugge's zone, Quentin Cooreman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mathieu Verdeyen came out of the goal and Quentin Cooreman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Izak Van Leempten in the 68th minute of play forced K. Beerschot VA's goalkeeper Bert Nilis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Kerkbrugge's Diego Vermeesch got a free kick in the 86th minute. Quentin Cooreman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Mathieu Verdeyen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 94 minutes into the game, 任德亦 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mathieu Verdeyen. 任德亦 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. K. Beerschot VA played a much better game than Kerkbrugge and deserved their victory. The Kerkbrugge players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
