In the 12th minute, Philip Van Daelen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gert Verheyen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ahmet Nedim İlker. Four Roses's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Four Roses's goalkeeper Ahmet Nedim İlker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kenney Stuckers. Timothy Vanden Driessche took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steffen Kortens. Steffen Kortens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Aime Verhaert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timothy Vanden Driessche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Kortens having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Timothy Vanden Driessche made a precise shot to the right of Steffen Kortens. Fc Oxford's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 47th minute, Hannes Van Der Meeren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timothy Vanden Driessche made a kick off. Timothy Vanden Driessche scored 0-4 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Steffen Kortens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Timothy Vanden Driessche came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Four Roses fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timothy Vanden Driessche couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute, Louis-Philippe Beets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute Aime Verhaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steffen Kortens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 81 minutes of play, Four Roses's Aime Verhaert made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Steffen Kortens was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Fc Oxford booed when Four Roses was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mats Imberechts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Steffen Kortens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aime Verhaert in the 94th minute of the match. Ahmet Nedim İlker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Uytdebroeck in the 96th minute of play. Four Roses's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
